We hired Oasis to do a major remodel of our front yard. They extended our driveway and added a large section of turf. The work crew was absolutely amazing and the overall experience with the company was great. Everyone on our block says how much they love our lawn. The owner of the company actually had a lengthy conversation with us in person at our house about some concerns we had after the job. He completely alleviated our concerns. One experience that stands out was when the work crew accidentally broke some pavers along our parking strip. I was going to tell someone and ask them to replace the pavers, but the next day, before I could tell anyone, they had replaced them in the exact same color and size without my even needing to ask. That really reflects an incredible amount of conscientiousness from their work crew. As the project was starting, they also helped me to design a drainage pipe that would go underneath the turf. This proved really important, because it was installed right before the incredibly rainy 2023 winter. Just a week ago, we also called them out to brush the lawn and do some maintenance on it. They came for free and did that. It was no drama and easy. They seem very interested in also standing behind their work for years to come.
